Directs the company’s Organizational Development consulting practice area. Integrates Lean and OD principles to create innovation cultures.Key Achievements: Decreased turnover rate of a large, cookware manufacturer from 180% to 35% in 14 months by conducting job and competency analyses to determine critical skills/behaviors, and validated employment tests used to screen candidates. Increased tire manufacturer’s organizational performance through leadership continuity by identifying key position vulnerabilities, interviewing incumbents to document job knowledge, assessing employees using Motorola 9-box grid, and recommending development opportunities to bridge gaps. Client reported being able to respond to unexpected departures with confidence after Succession Plan deliverable was submitted. Increased employee engagement at a medium-sized electronics component manufacturer by surveying and interviewing employees to determine root causes of job dissatisfaction, and made recommendations to senior management for improving communication, trust and engagement. Increased employee productivity and morale, by delivering DDI Leadership courses to hundreds of local manufacturing supervisors.
