Held a TS/SCI clearance.• Replaced computers, desk phones, email accounts, mobile phones, and printers for thousands of staff while migrating them from one network to another. Technology upgrades included moving from 2011-era BlackBerries to modern iPhones, 1980-era analog desk phones to modern Cisco VoIP phones, deployment of Wi-Fi, deployment of instant messaging, use of multi-factor authentication, and wired network infrastructure modernization.• Drove improvements such as dramatic bandwidth increases and deployment of Wi-Fi aboard Air Force One and the creation of an executive support team such that Senior Staff had high-quality and consistent support wherever they were. Supported trips and delivered secure communication capabilities to high-threat locations such as China and in challenging locations such as backcountry Alaska.• Modernized contracting strategies and development practices across Amazon Web Services, Salesforce, SharePoint, and .NET platforms such that government staff made product decisions while contractors iteratively delivered software via Agile sprints. The development of Appointment Center allowed over one-million yearly visitors to the White House to submit their background check information securely instead of emailing spreadsheets or calling staff. Worked with counsel and security teams to develop a strategy for when cloud-based systems could be used based upon categories of data and encryption capabilities.• Evolved technology programs in support of continuity and emergency programs. -
