Sold all parts of that business but Executive Search, Assessment and Coaching in late 2001.Established Reddin Partners specialising in Search, Assessment and Coaching and expanded it into Senior Management/Leadership Team facilitation and training HR and Line Managers in Assessment Based InterviewingIn April 2014 Reddin Partners was acquired by ATEL and I was appointed as General Manager responsible for building the business through recruiting an experienced and high performing team in both Melbourne and Sydney. In April 2017 my contract with ATEL was completed and I established davidreddin.com through which my partners and I partner with organisations looking for creative HR solutions that enhance business effectiveness.
