Technical Lead of an eight member development team assigned to develop an infrastructure designed to support an EAI strategy. * Designed and developed a distributed service framework to facilitate JMS and RMI communication between the integration tier and JMX based components. * Utilized Tibco's workflow solution, Integration Manager, for development of the integration tier. * Assisted in the design of an MVC framework that plugged into Tibco's Portal Builder product for the implementation of the portal front-end. * Worked through the deployment process of the first implementation of the infrastructure to a production environment.

The purpose of this project was to develop a customizable software product which web-enabled PRISM ERP sell-side transactions. * Responsible for the design and development of a customizable eStorefront framework capable of interfacing with n number of PRISM ERP Order Management modules. * Designed and developed internal web request processing framework for Stratyc's web applications using the MVC pattern. * Played a key role in the evaluation, design and development of the move of the existing eStorefront application to a JBoss/Tomcat environment. * Technical lead of the eStorefront team and responsible for the mentoring of other developers. * Participated in the production support of several eStorefront applications.

The purpose of this was project was to develop a grain positions tracking system giving Cargill real-time knowledge of their grain position. * Participated in the estimation, functional and technical design of new business requirements and bug fixes for project releases. * Developed solutions to new business requirements and bugs utilizing Smalltalk, stored procedures and Unix scripting. * Technical lead for the Market Price Information subsystem of LYNX. * Performance tuned long-running stored procedures using techniques such as creating indexes, analyzing query plans and multi-processing. * Worked closely with the business in reconciling Cargill's position after conversion from Cargill's existing system to LYNX. * Assisted in bug fix design and development of the conversion process from Cargill's existing system to LYNX.
