In my current role I am responsible for Permutive's Audience and Modelling products, leveragingmachine learning to offer innovative audience expansion and monetization tools to publishers.Key initiatives include:• Audience Modelling: At Permutive we run thousands of models at web scale, makingreal-time predictions for hundreds of millions of users. This allows our customers to expandand monetise their most valuable audiences at maximum scale and performance.• Contextual Targeting: In a world with declining consent rates and increasing passer-bytraffic, our contextual product allows publishers to reach these transient audiences. Oursolution includes automated content classifications and contextual lookalikes based oncontent affinities.• Smart Cohorts: Using vector embeddings, we provide customers with recommendationswhen building segments for a specific topic. This enables our customers to create highlyrelevant audiences at maximum scale, maximising value from their first-party data.

I led a greenfield project to focus on a new customer vertical. The new product offering enablesadvertisers to scale their first-party data across the open web, addressing emerging privacyconcerns, regulatory changes and technical restrictions on invasive practices in ad tech.• Identified a new customer segment through detailed research, leading to thedevelopment of a solution that allows advertisers to safely connect their first-party datawith publishers and build models to scale their known users to reach the 70% of the openweb that previously was invisible.• Within the first year we signed our first customers, including one of largest global FMCGsand a leading credit card processor.

I was the first technical hire in the Customer Success organisation, building and leading theSolution Architecture team to support rapid company growth and enable our customers toderive maximum value from our product.• Scaled the team to five Solution Architects across London and New York within a year,supporting our revenue doubling annually. Responsible for hiring plans, team onboardingand enablement and continuous development of the team.• Implemented key processes for sales handovers, technical onboarding and customerenablement. Created tools to make onboarding more self-service and therefore reducingdependencies on my team.• Worked with our most advanced customers to unlock new use-cases for Permutive’splatform and to build technical champions within our customers’ organisations.• Ownership of partnerships and prioritisation and scoping of new integrations.

In addition to my primary role as Manager Solution Architecture, I stepped in to fill the crucialpre-sales role in the absence of a dedicated team. I played an important role in closing deals withmajor clients and establishing the foundation for the Sales Engineering team.• Led technical discovery, product demos and proof-of-values, directly contributing toclosing some of our largest and most strategic clients like The Guardian, News Corp,Hearst or Condé Nast.• As we were hiring dedicated Sales Engineers, I trained and mentored the team via callreviews, shadowing, positioning presentations and technical and industry trainings.

• Closely working with Sales Directors, from discovery until signature• Understanding the prospect’s business objectives and technology, and linking those to technical solutions• Identify how we can use the Qubit platform to solve business challenges, consolidate solutions and deliver scalable personalisations• Lead technical conversations around architecture, system integrations, scalability, data security and implementation• Building demos and creating use-cases to show the power of Qubit's platform and inspire the prospect• Ensure a seamless handover to the post-sales team

After 9 months as Client Engineer I was promoted to Senior CE for the travel team. My responsibilities, additional to the ones as Client Engineer, include:• Managing a team of Client Engineers• Training new CEs and support them with their technical and non-technical development• Managing build priorities for our team and ensuring the quality of our technical output• Continuously improving processes and cross-functional teamwork• Focus on the largest travel accounts such as Emirates, Tui or Thomas Cook

• Building and adding functionality to our client's websites, using JavaScript, node.js, HTML and CSS• Utilising Qubit’s platform and APIs to personalise customer experiences for our clients• Engaging with our clients to understand their systems and data architecture• Communicating highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences, both internally and externally• Give trainings to clients and partners• Working on partner integrations
