As a Propositions Manager in Spark Digital, I identify needs and develop technical and commercial solutions. My goal is to help New Zealand businesses safely and securely adopt cloud and mobility services to improve productivity and profitability.I also setup the Modern Workspace Innovation Centre as a way of giving our clients hands-on experience of how digital technologies are continually changing way we work.

As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist I had the pleasure of working with many large corporate organisations in Auckland. My role was to gain a deep understanding of their strategy and then help build 1-3 year plans for business transformation through technology.One of my proudest achievements was our successful project at Eden Park, during which we built an innovative technology platform for the 2011 Rugby World Cup. The stadium experience was transformed for customers and staff by adding technology including digital signage, IP television and WiFi.

I was responsible for understanding business needs and problems, then creating innovative solutions using technology. My solutions helped my clients reduce operational costs and risk, while also improve productivity and business performance. One of my key achievements was to setup the Pathway to Cloud process, using a framework called Planning for Strategic Investment (PSI). This consultancy based process is designed to gain an understanding of business needs and desired future technical environment, then determine the best steps to take to get there.

I joined Telecom Advanced Solutions as a senior developer, then later led the team responsible for building websites and e-commerce sites for our business clients.We created and supported online experiences that improved customer engagement and revenues for our clients. Some of my clients included ASB Securities, EAS New Zealand, Scenic Circle and ACP Media.
