For Compuware's Vantage post sales support, I worked on million dollar software and support deals where we would install the software purchased by the client and work in house in their offices to configure and write bot scripts that would calculate performance metrics to show up on dashboards.

Automated excel data input and converted forms that would be manually copy/pasted into a row by writing VBA scripts to facilitate this procedure.

I mostly worked with the File-Aid CS product and java developers as an intern for two summers doing a regression test suite against their products and logging defects.
