Tasked with graphic design and collaboration with the in-house photographer and public relations teams to create data-driven marketing campaigns, and produce visual assets for various in-house digital brands. Took the initiative to organize and streamline the creative processes and workflows to effectively, and efficiently, handle internal requests from other teams, clients, and stakeholders. Personally founded and managed the creative team and hired five employees for the necessary roles: Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Motion Graphics, Photography, and Videography. Led the team of five and managed additional freelance or contracted individuals, in the successful execution of marketing and social campaigns, press releases, event and presentation collateral, end-to-end photo and video productions, brand identity, email, and landing pages. Also responsible for creative direction, project management, reporting budgets, day-to-day operations, team mentoring, all the while, the team itself became self-sufficient, based on the instated project templates, while upholding transparency and strong communication skills for maximal efficiency.
