David Rezac joined VanTrust Real Estate in January of 2016. David brings with him more than 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Development. Over the past two and a half decades, David has provided design and project management for complex development projects across Kansas City and gained an acute understanding of the needs of owners, developers and builders that has repeatedly resulted in successful projects for his clients and the community. He is committed to fostering a collaborative work environment and delivering results.At VanTrust, David will use his keen insight and attention to detail to oversee project design, development and project management throughout the Midwest region.David is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Architecture. He is aLicensed Architect and has served on the board of directors for the Downtown Councilof Kansas City, the National Institute of Construction Excellence, and he was past president, executive board member for KC Downtowners. His commitment to the ongoing revitalization of Kansas City is reflected in his professional portfolio of work, as well ashis ongoing involvement with an array of civic organizations.
