On a mission to build a sustainable and thriving Product & Engineering org within Samsung's growing advertising division, spanning CTV (OTT), Native TV, Mobile, Gaming and Digital Out Of Home (DOOH). Working with 650+ talented Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, UX Designers, Analysts and Data Scientists, across USA, Canada, UK, Poland, India and South Korea.

- Sky Media is the advertising sales arm of Sky plc generating revenues of £1bil+ per annum.- Led Sky's advanced advertising offering across UK and Europe via self-serve campaign management products.- Delivered Sky’s first customer-facing ad manager platform allowing advertisers and agencies to plan, evaluate and optimise the performance of their campaigns, across addressable TV, broadcast TV, digital and VoD, both on Sky and third-party platforms including NOW TV, My5 and Virgin.

- Adtech startup working with the UK’s top media owners (subsequently acquired by Sky).- Worked in the Product Owner/Manager role to develop a campaign management and optimisation tool that enabled media owners to trade their online, TV, radio and print inventory based on performance related metrics.- Collaborated with senior staff and commercial teams at Sky, Channel 4, Five, Global Radio, News UK and The Guardian to continually gather requirements, brief the development team and release incremental product enhancements.- Bought by Sky in 2013 for an undisclosed sum.

- Global media planning and digital marcomms group headquartered in London.- Led the implementation of a new media trading platform for the agency’s Performance Marketing teams.- Worked closely with third party software engineers to develop and improve core product capabilities.

- Sports volunteering travel company working in Africa, Asia and Latin America.- Involved with all aspects of the startup business as co-founder, including sales, marketing, strategy, international operations and legal.- Led the development of all digital marketing products, including websites, intranets and eBrochures.
