Working on the Single Sign On project.We moved from a traditional relational database to a NoSQl distributed one. Increased the amount and quality of our tests suite, and introduced Spock as our test framework.Very focused on performance. Also brought Gatling into as our load test tool.Contributing to the CAS (github.com/apereo/cas) and Cassandra-Unit (github.com/jsevellec/cassandra-unit) open source projects.Created and released a cassandra gradle and maven plugins, and a wiremock gradle plugin, that has been open sourced.

As part of the operations team my main responsibility is the maintenance and bug fixing of the connection with the suppliers, taking special care about the response time and the performance.

I joined the company to develop both front (AngularJS) and backend (Tiny set of microservices deployed on Red Hat's openshift) of a deals scheduler system. I had my first contact with pair programming, TDD and discover that there was a name for what I liked doing: "clean code".After that, I was in charge of developing the Android app (core of the business). I successfully deliver it with extremely limited time and resources. One thing I found really interesting was identifying and extracting the business logic shared in both mobiles apps (Android and IOs), and brought it to the backend.We worked remotely, with flexible hours, using Kanban to have visibility of both the actual state of the product and the team. We did daily stand ups and two weeks iterations in order to provide quickly feedback to the company.
