At my core I am creative. It manifests in a number of ways in my work. It is certainly why I am drawn to innovation and product development, particularly in healthcare. My approach involves rigorous market research, which allows me to gain perspective on the competitive landscape. From there we formulate a strategic plan for the technology, identify key integration requirements, and drive our initiatives to completion in order to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. My recent work with MedSitter LLC (now Collette Health) allowed me to sharpen these skills while leading the “skunk works” team for rapid prototyping and testing. In just two quarters we successfully launched AI-enabled technology into the platform. Also, I built the business justification to launch a staff augmentation service, wherein I negotiated contracts and traveled near-shore to open a staffing call center. MedSitter+ (now Collette+) continues to provide patient monitoring personnel to clients across the US. - $2.8M (66%) decrease in annual labor costs from off-shore staff augmentation call center- Deployed artificial intelligence (AI) functionality in app, removing human supervisor dependencies- Successfully directed EHR migration off of legacy system to new platform, including integration with scheduling software, streamlining care coordination and improving patient access to services.
