Triágil is a health startup founded in 2017 with the mission of making health decisions more patient-centered and cost-effective. It was pre-accelerated in 2018 by the Founder Institute and in 2019 by StartupRio. In 2020, she was selected at Findeslab and developed the Autorizaí, an Artificial Intelligence for regulation of medical procedures.

I joined as a Honorary Executive Member upon invitation from the European Academy of Top-Level Management, an institution that brings together leading writers and is a reference in publications by business leaders from the European Union and Mercosur.In partnership with the institution, I am a co-author of the books: "Memories of Top-Level Management Leaders: A Legacy for Humanity Vol. 5" and "Management & Innovation: Business, Technology and Health from the Perspective of Top-Level Management Leaders Vol. 1".

Temporary contract for the implementation of the PMO and the conduct of the company's strategic expansion project.Team:Direct management of 2 coordinators and indirect of 30 professionals, including supervisors and analysts.Main activities:- Mapping and organization of the company's expansion processes with a focus on gaining capillarity and scalability;- Creation of governance models for all stages of the implementation project, including feasibility analysis, architectural design, licenses, schedule, scope, budget, risks, acquisitions and quality control;- Collaboration with the IT team to ensure the efficient integration of systems and tools that support the operations of the area;- Methodological and tooling support to the Executive Board, acting, advisoryly, in the definition of the best path to be followed in each project and client;- Mapping of journeys and relationship with internal and external customers of the organization, including suppliers, contract managers, and government agencies.Main results:- Structuring of the Project Office (PMO) for the Deployment and Expansion Department, which has current contracts for the provision of diagnostic medicine services with the public and private health sectors in the States of SP, RJ, MG, PR, SC, MS, GO, BA and MA;- Launch of MINI LABS (Mini mobile clinical analysis laboratories).

Guest professor responsible for teaching classes in the discipline of Work Process Management and Health Services Evaluation.

Team:Direct management of 7 coordinators and indirect of 200 health, administrative and customer service professionals.Main activities:- Responsible for the customer portfolio of the Corporate Health Business Unit, managing the B2B products of Primary Care, Occupational Health and Digital Health in the States of SP, RJ, BA and DF;- Management of the health/well-being benefits of contractors, being the customer's focal point since the signing of the contract and throughout the service journey;- Epidemiological analysis of the population covered by the services and planning of actions that generate value for patients and financial sustainability for companies;- Implementation of journeys, campaigns, care lines and patient support programs;- Participation in the prospecting of new customers;- Representation of the business unit in internal and external events.Main results:- Management of Corporate Health operations for clients such as Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Itaú, Santander, Banco BV, Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio, Seguros Unimed, Fundação Assefaz and Caixa de Assistência dos Advogados do Distrito Federal, managing a turnover of about R$70M/year;- Business expansion through the implementation of new operations, generating revenue growth based on R$15M/year;- Implementation of care coordination processes that showed a 48% reduction in the claims rate of the contracting company, with results published in the Brazilian Journal of Supplementary Health.

Team:Direct management of 30 professionals, including doctors and nurses.Main activities:- Active participation in the launch of a Digital Emergency SaaS product via telemedicine platform, providing technical and operational insights throughout the development process;- Creation, implementation and management of health and well-being programs linked to the software;- Direct interface with the Tech and UX/UI areas for co-creation and monitoring of the roadmap, prioritization of functionalities according to the value for the business and approval of increments;- Conducting market research, A/B tests and benchmark on health trends and needs for the development of new features or improvements in existing products;- Definition of indicators, success metrics, business rules, branding and pricing;- Matrix management of the user support service, as well as support to the marketing and sales team to identify business opportunities;- Management of service indicators, scale sizing and direct leadership of medical, nursing and administrative teams.Main results:- Expansion of clinical care in digital format to about 150,000 people on a national scale;- Demonstration of cost avoided with medical expenses to contracting companies on the basis of R$5M/year;- Expansion of the company's service portfolio through the implementation of complementary features to the software, such as: mobile application, digital care coordination service, wearables for remote monitoring and cabins for remote service.

Team:Direct management of 10 health and administrative professionals.Main activities:- Operational management of Corporate Health Units responsible for the provision of in-company Primary Health Care services, located in the South Zone of São Paulo;- Regulatory control, billing, provision of inputs, definition of flows and access channels, monitoring of indicators and treatment of ombudsmen;- Direct leadership of the medical, care and administrative team.Main Results:- NPS growth of the unit, from 72 to 91 points, in the annual average;- Reduction of no-show, increase in turnover and improvement in the unit's occupancy rate, from 54% to 85%, in the annual average, through the implementation of Lean Healthcare processes.
