I am a senior retail executive with over 20 years of experience in retail leadership, with a broad range of experience across in-store and omni-channel formats. In my current role, I have sought out an opportunity to influence total business operations, along with developing skills and experience in the FMCG and Franchise world of convenience retailing.As the State Operations Manager for Kmart Queensland, my role was multi-dimensional, as well as Store Operations and Customer Experience, I was ultimately responsible for the Safety and Wellbeing, Team Development and Engagement, along with Compliance and Governance, across 71 stores for 8000 team members in QLD and Northern NSW. Queensland has consistently exceeded expectations across all metrics over the last 2 years.I previously led the store fulfilment function, which was focused on improving in-store fulfilment processes across Australia and New Zealand. This resulted in improved customer experience, productivity, and cost reduction.I have a BA (Hons) in Business and Leisure Management from the University of Bolton, and throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in leadership, team development, multi-site responsibility, network expansion, and operational execution. I am passionate about creating a positive, inclusive work culture that develops, empowers, and supports team members.
