Top 20 Bank: Assistance with the implementation of Elliemae’s Encompass360 Loan Origination System. Lead team responsible for defining business requirements, prioritization and documenting alternative approaches in addition to providing overall program management support. Top Asset Aggregator: Lead team developing business and reporting requirements for the development of new loan accounting sub ledger platform. Created detailed requirements and uses cases for over 30 individual transaction and 150 management and external reports including development of dashboards. Failed Bank Aggregator/Top 10 Bank: Team leader for implementation of both manual Excel based tools and PwC’s ALIAS 2.0 to support accounting requirements for SFAS 141R and ASC 310-30 as well as FDIC loss share reporting. Developed multiple approaches for the implementation of different accounting policies. Coordinated efforts between PWC field teams, client Controller’s Office and PWC valuation resources to complete purchase accounting and establish process for ongoing accounting / valuation requirements.Consumer compliance design and support for the implementation of a new Loan Origination System for a top 10 national mortgage company. Specific responsibilities included:• Assessed the controls in place to ensure adherence to all federal, state and local consumer compliance regulations including HMDA, ECOA, TILA, and HOEPA. • Provided technical assistance with the development of anti-predatory lending filters.• Evaluation of defects for priority and impact to the overall project including the identification of viable manual solutions where software development is deemed to be too costly or time constrained.• Development of detailed change requests for items directly impacting the areas of consumer compliance. • Development of comprehensive testing matrix for both origination and closing document packages.• Design of production roll-out plan.

Operations / Information Technology Division - Vice President Primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of all systems related to the origination, processing, underwriting, and secondary marketing of residential mortgage loans. Other areas of focus included strategic planning of IT resources to support the Mortgage Company’s short and long term objectives. Most recent focus was on delivering a heavily customized Fiserv UniFi solution for mortgage originations in first quarter of 2004 and assuring that all Bancorp consumer lending areas are compliant with the HMDA 2004 changes.• Designed and implemented automated processes for the error checking and boarding of new mortgage loans to the servicing system reducing time to boarding by 10 days resulting in $5 million annual savings.• Implemented new automated processes for daily reconciliation of loan funding accounts, eliminating 2.5 FTE and providing daily senior management reporting.• Coordinated the committee for evaluating replacement systems for residential mortgage origination and processing.• Served as Technical Manager and Project Manager for the implementation of Fiserv’s UniFi Pro Mortgage Origination system for Residential Mortgage. System was successfully implemented first Quarter 2004 for over 1,000 users. • Coordinated the Bancorp’s efforts for year 2000 readiness from both a disaster recovery and a system readiness point of view for all loan servicing areas.• Served as Project Manager for the implementation of Fiserv (DataLink) Servicing System including the development of training materials, new policies and procedures, new customer correspondence, and the design and implementation of custom enhancements. The new mortgage system and servicing areas received written audit approval in a record 4 weeks post implementation.
