David successfully delivered the Flexibus Cloud Transport solution project for Transport for NSW (TfNSW) and Sapphire Coast Buslines where he managed the development and deployment of an ON DEMAND bus system for rural towns in NSW, utilising outsourced developers and keeping the project on track and on Budget. Flexibus involved the development of technology that included a multipoint to multipoint passenger algorithm, outside the spec of any other transport application in the industry.

Subicom focused on cloud based subscriber solutions, through cloud based technology solutions and payment processing. In this role David carried end to end responsibility for the development and implementation of all projects, operations and management of staff. David’s management skills ensured the early success of this organisation. David successfully negotiated with banks for Subicom to be the first company in the Philippines authorised to process travel as “card not present” transactions in Philippine Pesos. Working with local developers David was able to produce market leading cloud based software.

During FY 2010-2011 David’s group was the only group to achieve sales targets.

Joining Microsoft at the early stages David was responsible for the design and deployment of the distribution strategies including design, management and contractual obligations within the reseller channels.
