This role is responsible for influencing the design of all international compensation programs such as annual bonus programs, the annual compensation cycle, broad-based employee compensation (for example, salary administration guidelines, benchmarking, job leveling), and stock administration. The Year end cycle process involved project management of cycle, coordinating with the Workday team on system specifications, and various other teams (such as Finance, HR Business Partners) to ensure proper program execution. Estimated program cost: Bonus - $23M and annual increase $230M.• Leader in core elements of the design and full implementation of compensation projects, such as: job architecture, job analysis, salary structures, incentive plans, Workday process optimization, competitive market analysis and benchmarking (using Radford Global Database and Willis Towers Watson), mergers and acquisitions, and recognition programs. • Obtained market survey insights/trends by using advanced spreadsheet techniques (such as pivot tables, v-lookups) to analyzing large data sets to distill insights and convey findings, and presenting them to senior leadership.• Participate in various salary surveys.• Providing direction to the Manager – Compensation Programs, on the design and delivery of all training and communication campaigns.

Provides operational and technical oversight of the annual compensation planning cycle in Workday, amongother system projects.
