Growth business strategy, finance and operations.David is currently COO for ReSolve, an award winning Business Advisory GroupDavid was previously Commercial Director for a consumer legal services business where he covered operations, strategy and finance with shared P&L responsibility for £30m of revenue and 400 staff. He helped MW Solicitors attract growth capital, triple revenue, quadruple headcount and triple site count, becoming a top 75 firm along the way and winning numerous awards for practice, diversity and technology. In particular, David oversaw the operations of the business with the CEO, and developed the financial and operating models that attracted growth investment, while also building a successful digital client acquisition model.Previously, David developed the international business for a US based provider of investment consultancy services, opening the initial European office for the Marwood Group.Earlier in his career, David helped attract clients and raise assets for a boutique financial advisory, and helped define the sales and operating strategy for a provider of data analytics services to major NHS Trusts. David is an INSEAD MBA, a Morehead-Cain Scholar from UNC Chapel Hill, and was Head of School at Fettes College in Edinburgh. He lives in South London with his Partner, award winning restauranteur Melissa Harwood, and his two daughters.
