Planning, Investigations, Restoration And Miss Dig Manager
Current- coordinates workload of staff as well as contractor’s- report and investigate the damage, approve quarterly compliance reports and metrics- approves invoices in E-Builder utilizing construction project management software for restoration contracts - manages and conducts progress meetings and acts as a liaison for MDOT, Wayne County, and DPW regarding restorations- conducts QA/QC field observations- manages testing agency to ensure state regulatory compliance with MI-Public Act 174- Supervising and leading investigations, dispatching and master planning team for field services- Developing and utilizing analytical approaches to improve the quality, completeness, and timeliness of data management - Using techniques to minimize current backlog and return to service level agreements -Tracks and manage all planning work for field services from service request to the closing of the work order management system - Oversee all investigation work to provide the next steps for the repair - Oversee as a project engineer for all contractual services for Maintenance and Repair
