Responsible for building and managing a team and the technology development for Toshiba's own range of printer controllers for sale in Toshiba’s worldwide markets and for ensuring the quality of the core printer technology. I liaised with Toshiba engineering teams in the USA and Japan to determine requirements and to give them advice about printer technology.

Pacific Semiconductor (Pacsemi) entered the printer controller technology market through its acquisition of the Exor Research technology of which I was a co-founder. I was responsible for the overall architecture of the hardware and software. My responsibilities included negotiating technical specification with OEM customers and third party module suppliers. I worked closely with the CEO on business development and creating proposals for OEM customers located worldwide, including USA and Japan.
