I currently manage and train our executive team. The team I've assembled aggressively seeks additional opportunities in the state of Florida and beyond. I am continually looking for new talent for both our installation teams and our executive team. I actively search for sources that can provide our installation teams with turn key talents. I work to create alliances with manufacturers that not only will ship directly to us but, will help us with products that will allow us to be more efficient on installations.

Directly responsible for the following:Conduct orientation classes for all exempt and non-exempt employeesDevelop and conduct classroom training for Safety, HR and ProductionTrack OJT completion for each department by individualMonitor training for all employees to ensure OSHA, EPC and EPA complianceRun and promote Tuition Reimbursement program for the facilityCoordinate, conduct and track attendance for monthly safety meetingsCoordinate all technical training for the facilityConducted HR training for site to include sexual harassment, diversity, change management and work place violence.1998 TO 2008: Procter and Gamble, Module Education / Training Pillar LeaderDirectly responsible for the following:Assessing and evaluating the training needs of nearly 500 business ownersDeveloping, administering and tracking classroom and e-learning training effortsUtilizing training tools such as Lectora, SABA, Power Point, hands-on, classroom, one-on-one, JIT and other methods depending upon the work area and applicationCoordinating training for new hires in the areas of safety, human resources, benefits and awarenessCoordinating basic, intermediate and advanced training for current business owners in the areas of leadership and technical skills, as well as a comprehensive training program for safety and quality; Participating in the module's promotion review boardConducting tours for global company executives, plant managers, managers in-training, assistant directors, as well as new hiresStrategizing and master planning for the module's Production, Delivery, Quality, Cost, Safety and Morale (PDQCSM) goalsParticipating in loss analysis and benchmarking measuresServing on the Site Education and Training Pillar Six (6) Member Team representing 2,500 business ownersActive member of the site's Family Day Committee, which includes development and updating of the firm's websites for communication to current and retired business owners

Had the pleasure of working as a training leader at Procter and Gamble's Largest facility, in beautiful Mehoopany PA. Worked with 400 people in our "module" and the site's Education and Training group that set direction for the site's 2800 employees.Left the Northeast cold and snow for the sunny skies of Tampa Florida after 10 years at P&G.

Worked as the Supervisor in the distribution yard for a plastic extrusion facility in Waverly NY. Managed up to 15 people in the distribution center.
