With a deep-seated commitment to leadership and employee development, I have leveraged my expertise in HR policies and strategic planning to empower our staff and inspire our students. The role of a motivational speaker has allowed me to connect with our team on a personal level, reinforcing the core values of why we pursue education. Our collaborative efforts have resulted in a united front, aiming to make a lasting, positive impact on every individual within the Lamesa ISD family.I have also been blessed the last few years with speaking at conferences and to other district’s students and staff. I love spreading any positive impact through any opportunity I am given. And I love my sons Hayden and Logan!
