We partnered with a health system to provide extra scrubs for emergency departments. --- Customer Relations --- We retained 99% of our customers for 2019.--- Process Improvement --- We increased loadouts to 99% and reduced clean product return rate by 6% due to implementing process checks and inventories

We also increased retention around price increases by increasing oversight into distributions.--- Sales --- As sales supervisor, we beat our net growth goal in 8/10 months.--- Sales Enablement --- We ranked in the bottom for Salesforce usage, so I implemented weekly trainings and role plays which led us to the top of the rankings in just 3 months.--- Employee Development --- We had 0% turnover and I also developed 4 bench employees for promotional opportunities.I managed a $6 million territory with over 1400 customers which included driving revenue through relationship building.
