Within 4 months, this was cut down to less than 30 days. The team had 61 open Severity 1 builds. Within 4 months, this was cut down to 8. In this same time, the number of committed-but-unreleased builds dropped from 50% to 2.6%. This was accomplished using an Agile development approach, specifically a Kanban-style development methodology. I later helped implement and roll-out a Scrum-style methodology, and saw even greater results. While managing these two teams, I also acted in the capacity of a Solutions Architect in helping to roll-out a new EHR system, athenaHealth. In this capacity, I oversaw the data migration workstream, and helped deliver a custom, in-house developed web portal. Show less
