I joined Calvert's client services department in March of 1997 and soon passed the Series 6 exam and was promoted to the Broker Services team. I provided excellent customer service to our retail clients and to brokers as well. I specialized in problem resolution and relationship management. I became a resource for new associates and also served as a liaison for the company's volunteer programs. After completing the Series 7 & 63 exams I was promoted to our inside sales desk.
