Main duties and responsibilities• To take lead responsibility for the planning, delivery and recording of governance of the Coram Group by working directly with the Chief Executive as Company Secretary, ensuring fulfilment of corporate and charity reporting functions for the Coram Group, including preparation of annual returns and the registration and management of assets including trade marks.• To co-ordinate the schedule of board and sub-committee meetings and business, taking responsibility for effective record keeping and effective operation and support to the Chairman and taking an active role in the support of key relationships with governors, stakeholders and business leaders. • To provide effective and efficient personal executive and project support to the Chief Executive including diary management, itinerary planning and logistics, systems and project management as required/agreed.• To act as business development co-ordinator for the programme of statutory funding applications and provide project administration as appropriate and delegated for organisational and strategic developments managed by the Chief Executive including at present campus plans and potential/future charity amalgamations.• To liaise with Coram Group Directors and the Managing Directors of Coram Children’s Legal Centre, Coram Life Education and Coram Voice to develop and maintain effective working relationships, processes and systems for corporate governance and business support.• To support the Chief Financial Officer with the project management of the Coram Campus re-development programme.
