He is skilled in convening diverse stakeholders with a common cause.Dave is currently the Chief Growth Officer for Prolific – a strategic growth and consulting firm – overseeing all new business development, strategic partnerships, talent acquisition and professional development. This includes the portfolio companies of JDA Worldwide, Conquer and Chernoff Newman. Formerly, Dave served as the Founding President & CEO of EDGE Mentoring for six years – the nation’s largest whole-life intergenerational mentoring organization. Dave led EDGE full-time as the first employee growing the program to over 1,000 mentors and mentees from 45 states and six countries. EDGE also produced the highly successful, sold-out EDGE|X conference four consecutive years from 2016-2019 featuring national speakers and thought leaders such as Tony Dungy, Mitch Daniels, Shauna Niequist, Sage Steele, Bob Goff and others. Prior to EDGE, Dave worked for ExactTarget (now Salesforce) for two and a half years and Pacers Sports & Entertainment for four years in a number of sales and marketing leadership roles. Dave was named a 2022 Best & Brightest Finalist by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana. He is a graduate of the Morris Series hosted by The International Center and named the Nonprofit Professional of the Year in 2019 by United Way of Central Indiana. He was also named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2016 Forty Under 40 list recognizing rising stars in Central Indiana. Dave was also recognized as a 2013 Inspire Award Winner in the Marketing, Media & Athletics category for his commitment to mentoring in the workplace and community. He serves as Co-Chair of the Corporate Work Study Board at Providence Cristo Rey High School, member of the Board of Directors of National Christian Foundation (Indiana) and on the Advisory Board of Discovering Broadway. Dave graduated from Ball State University with his B.S. in Sport Administration.
