DAVID NEGRIN is a Professor, Game Designer, VR Creator, Metaverse Producer, Screenwriter, and Non-profit Founder. He is currently a professor of Iteractive Games and Media at the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is the Creative Director at Ensemble Interactive. He is a Metaverse Producer and Director of Story for multiple metaverse offerings. He was Executive Director of the NYC Screenwriters Collective, the largest non-profit screenwriting workshop in New York City. Stoker & Wilde must lead the Literary Order of Defense on adventures to locate 10 artifacts to stop Rasputin from resurrecting the evil octopus god Cthulhu. Their adventures together inspire the authors’ most famous books: Dracula, The Jungle Book, The Time Machine, Huckleberry Finn, Frankenstein, Little House on the Prairie, and At The Mountains of Madness.

I wrote an expert witness report, researched with a support staff, and prepped for testimony. The legal team sued a major technology company on behalf of a deaf individual, for its failure to include captions on the virtual reality (VR) games and programs on its platform. The case was settled favorably.
