Directly supports the 24/7/365 mission-critical disaster recovery campus facilities for IBM and IBM strategic customers totaling approximately 600K SF containing multiple raised floor data centers, IT office spaces, HVAC, mechanical/electrical rooms, cooling towers, switchgear and generator facilities, and support areas. Continuing to successfully complete over 390 small medium and large site projects equaling $9 million in four years, all the while maintaining critical site infrastructure and redundancy in support of IBM’s data center mission. Turned around multimillion dollar portfolio wide Power Utilization Efficiency project. Took on team lead role for all engineering, project management for primary site and simultaneously supported multiple other IBM Data Center locations. Helped maintain 100% uptime site reliability during Hurricanes Irene, Sandy and Winter Storm Nemo.Managed the return of the critical generator facility to full operability through the quarter million dollar repairs. Preserved site integrity leading cleanup effort of building flood in raised floor, and customer environments, returning site to normal condition in record time. Acted as multisite trainer for on IBM’s project processes. The site go to person for all high visibility, sensitive, highly critical projects.
