As the Director of Data Analysis at Adtegrity I provide strategic analysis and insights across the organization. As a member of the senior management team I assist with overall business direction and planning. I am currently serving on the marketing committee and have assisted with the implementation of a significant re-branding campaign for Adtegrity. On a day to day basis I oversee the Data Analysis team and am responsible for training, development, and management of the team. The Data Analysis team provides analytical support across the organization to the account management, sales, and marketing teams. During my time as Director of Data Analysis I have been responsible for the development and project management of several key internal web applications. I work closely with the IT team to develop and launch applications ranging from reporting systems, to advanced campaign optimization tools.

As the Senior Data Analyst at Adtegrity I was responsible for training and leading the Analyst team. I focused on big picture analysis to implement improvements in campaign optimization strategies with the end goal of improving both top-line revenue and client ROI.

As a Data Analyst at Adtegrity my responsibilities included: Analyzing data for trends and indicators to help drive critical business decisions, designing and managing dashboards and in-house analytical tools to aid campaign optimization strategies, generating ad hoc reports and summaries, and providing analytical support and analyses for Adtegrity. In summary I worked to ensure that our online advertising campaigns were optimized to meet client goals with maximum efficiency.

As the President of the student organization Global Business Brigades I managed and lead a cross functional group of 15-20 students in the implementation of multiple international business ventures.Lead four trips to Panama with a student team to consult with small business owners and assist in the start up of two different businesses. Continued contact with these business owners to ensure the sustainability and continued profitability of these businesses.

As a Wealth Management Intern at Merrill Lynch my responsibilities included: creating quarterly reports and net worth financial statements for client portfolios and performing marketing research to acquire new clients. During my time at Merrill Lynch I learned extensively about the financial services industry.
