- Director of Business Systems Analysis within Optum Financial, reporting to Optum Bank CIO- Led hardening and improvements within the Non Bank Trustee (NBT) platform. Responsible for ongoing production support and enhancements.- Partnering across the organization on key projects, modernization efforts and consolidation of platforms.

- Rejoined ConnectYourCare in July 2019, returning with a focus on Sustaining Engineering projects the dealt with enhancements, fixes and client requests to the CYC Core Platform.- Oversaw the migration of more than $2B in assets and 500k consumer HSAs during NBT Transitions from March 2020 through its completion in October 2022. The effort was a system and member account migration from external Custodian banking partners and into the company's Non Bank Trustee (NBT) Platform. The NBT Platform serves as custodian and record keeper for more than 1M Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Technology is a collection of cloud hosted microservices in AWS that allowed for scale, internal system reliance, better cost and improved member experience.- ConnectYourCare was acquired by Optum/UnitedHealth Group in November 2020. Continued in responsibilities to finish the NBT Transitions while assuming additional responsibilities and oversight of the NBT Platform for its ongoing enhancements, production support and product direction.

- Member of the Enterprise Data Quality Monitoring (eDQM) team.- Providing expertise in data quality, quality controls, and process improvement.- Contributing to the implementation of quality controls, completion of data quality assessments and partnering with teams to maintain compliance with EDG policy guidelines.
