The team was recognized company-wide and provided coaching to quality managers on RCA for improvement.- Implement Lean Manufacturing practices, including leadership of a Hoshin Kanri program to facilitate a major transformation across supply chain, quality, operations and manufacturing design of Pulse Line manufacturing of wind turbine blades. The initiative aims to produce a 35% improvement on output and bring technology to an MRL of 6 within 12 months.- Successfully introduce a new approach for conducting PFMEAs and monitoring maturity levels via tracked KPIs.- Provide mentorship and coaching to managers in decision-making, people management, leadership, and manufacturing planning, successfully supporting 6 direct reports in obtaining promotions in 2022.

- Managed, monitored and delivered a portfolio of strategic engineering projects/programs that focused on innovation, product introduction, and accelerated development. Developed and managed the project pipeline with direct-accountability for opportunity assessment and risk mitigation.- Coordinated input from executive leaders, cross-functional departments, and internal/external stakeholders to define and document high-level project requirements and roadmaps. Maintained direct-accountability for all project budgets, controls, and quality across global, multi-disciplinary teams, successfully bringing the $36M R&D portfolio to $17M.- Directed engineering and technical workflows for global implementations and technology programs, including the $1B Cypress Program (2018) and the Segmented Blade Technology Program (2017), which included product implementation into 6 factories within 5 months. - Directed resources, processes and personnel across quality, safety, implementation, commercial operations and supply chain teams.- Reviewed financial and operational reports to assess performance and risk. Established frameworks for feedback to directly inform process improvements and the technical strategy as a member of the Product Design Management Team.- Worked directly with the CEO and executive team on high profile projects, including the ‘Industry Game Changer’ project (2 patents, #2 R&D project of 2016), leading project planning and status reporting.

- Provided end-to-end project management leadership to a portfolio of international, cross-functional new product development projects (10M+) with global stakeholders and regulatory requirements, including the development of new wind turbine blades (the highest volume product for 2016, delivered 5 months early and with 83% of budget), R&D technology (1 patent and 3 spin-off projects), equipment, and tooling.- Acted as the main driver of performance, revenue generation and commercialization across each stage, from initial ideation through to release market.- Managed and developed a multi-disciplinary matrixed team, including recruiting, work allocation, performance management, and technical leadership. Coordinated with engineering, quality and testing teams to define and implement development processes.- Oversaw all processes, policies, and product development within the technical architecture. - Drove revenue generation as the technical leader in product/ service development. Led innovation and improvement from conception through to benefits realization while managing risk and Six Sigma/design cost out. Oversaw proof of concept, design, documentation, prototyping, FAI, delivery to customer, full scale validation, certification and release to serial production.- Supported a team of 12 in implementing new policies with SOP documentation, materials, and workshops.

- Facilitated planning, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale, industry-wide innovation projects as the lead project manager and technical advisor.- Coordinated input and decision-making across 2 of the top 3 wind turbine companies for an innovative development project that introduced a new transportation concept for wind turbine blades that has been adopted globally, delivering the project 7 months early and with only 75% of budget.- Developed and implemented a new Quality Management System for a solar company. Led the implementation of key changes across the organization, providing training on quality control, data collection/insights management, and Lean/Six Sigma for management.- Provided consultant services to a Fortune 500 company on applying and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, as well as a week-long Kazien training program. Successfully improved performance dashboards by over 50% on shift changes.
