As the CFO with Rocky Mountain Reinvestment Corporation, I oversaw all financial support to business operations, including internal and external audits, annual loan reviews, financial statements, business development, accounts receivable, accounts payable, debt financing, budgets, project and program management, month end close of books and business profitability analysis. In addition, I was solely responsible for all financial policies, accounting practices, relationships with lending institutions, and the maintenance and preparation of all fiscal accounting records, GAAP policy, along with the implementation and updating of new policy, like CECL and Leases. I helped steer the company through major business initiatives that transformed the company into a large successful business maintaining lines of credits of over half a billion with 40 plus Banks throughout the Rocky Mountains . I developed detailed matrix builds and analytics modules that enabled executive decision making with clear insight into risks and opportunities. I also prepared and presented monthly revenue sales and margin results on a program level to the Executive Leadership Team along with quarterly reports for the Board of Directors of 18 members. Rocky Mountain Community Reinvestment Corporation also know as RMCRC, is a member owned nonprofit 501(c)3, which has operated since 1998 providing primarily debt financing to affordable housing apartment properties. RMCRC seeks to extend credit to disadvantaged communities by connecting capital sources with service providers. RMCRC provides a platform for investors to reach communities not otherwise accessible, working with investors, developers and service providers RMCRC was able to innovate and incubate financial products and structures that provide secure investment at affordable rates. Responsible for tax planning and compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate regulations and laws, payroll, sales tax and other applicable taxes, including yearend company fillings and K-1s. Managed and Maintained relations with lending Financial Institutions, Banks and mitigate any Legal issues. Maintained and Supervised Lines of Credit, lockbox accounts, care of quality relationships with Lenders and vendors.
