Transforming individuals and communities through "Community Arts" projects, where individuals of various backgrounds come together to connect with others, grow and discover their creativity, while having fun, reinforcing positive values and expanding their leadership. Other activities include organizing opera workshops, voice lessons for individuals or a choir, as well as the development of independent artistic and cultural projects with various music and arts organizations in Mexico and abroad, directed to the development of the youth and upcoming professional artists, but EVERYONE willing to become their better selves are welcome to participate or volunteer in these projects. No age restrictions, only a good attitude and a willingness to learn about Transformational Leadership is required.

A "Community Dance" project in Northern Mexico: Tijuana, Monterrey and Ciudad Juárez. The goal of this particular project is to "rebuild" communities of adolescents and young adults at risk, while giving them the opportunitiy to participate in "Community Arts" projects, in this particular case, a "Community Dance" project, through which they learn discipline and team building skills, that they can take with them and use within their local communities. This project is supported by the British Consulate and the local communities. It is meant to be a cultural exchange and collaboration between British and Mexican artists. Mexican and British choreographers and dancers will unite to bring life to a "Community Dance" choreography with young men and women in the midst of these cities located in Northern Mexico. The award winning documentary, Rhythm is it!, shows the process and work achieved with "Community Dance". In 2004 Choreographer Royston Maldoom was invited by Sir Simon Rattle and the Berlin Philharmonic to create a "Community Dance" choreography with young men and women, who experience the challenge of learning to collaborate with one another, while overcoming their own mental and physical limitations.The arts have been used as an instrument for self-discovery and transformation. This is one of the reasons to nurture artists within a society and in their local communities. But any change begins with ourselves. "Community Arts" assists in this process. Wiener Festwochen (Vienna Festival) is a well known intercultural festival in Vienna. A cooperation between Wiener Fest Wochen, Progetto Semierio, Volkstheater and Hundsturm Theater was created to produce "Die Ballde von El Muerto" (The Ballad of El Muerto), which world premiere took place in Vienna during the Wiener Festwochen (2013.)
