I am Chairman of Spawforths. We are now the largest planning and masterplanning business in the Region. I am responsible for the strategic direction of the Company. I lead the Planning Team on many of our largest and most complex development schemes. I have over 25 years experience in the Development Industry. I regularly give evidence at major Public Inquiries and lead schemes requiring Environmental Statements. I am heavily involved in residential, commercial and mixed use schemes and provide strategic advice on viability matters. Spawforths is a creative multi-disciplinary consultancy of town planners, masterplanners, and architects. We are currently leading £3.4 billion of development and over 20,000 new homes through the planning system. We are the largest planning consultancy in the region and deliver high quality planning advice and award winning design to a wide portfolio of clients in the private and public sector. We are currently celebrating 25 years in business.
