Responsibilities include leading and developing a great team of EHS & Sustainability Managers to support driving environmental, health and safety, OSHA and EPA compliance, sustainability initiatives and security improvement. Areas such as business continuity and pandemic preparedness and loss prevention continue to be an important area of focus. Experience in developing strategic partnerships across industry sectors including circular economy, health & safety, waste management, and energy conservation.Oversight includes driving value creation, employee development, and leadership to our customers representing 7 billion+ dollars, over 22,000 employees across 2,800 retail, manufacturing, and distribution centers facilities worldwide and a fleet of over 9,000 vehicles.Core focuses include behavior based safety, sustainability, program and policy implementation, pandemic preparedness, management and leadership engagement as well as implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs. Working knowledge include regulatory areas such as International Code Council (ICC), NFPA, OSHA, EPA, RCRA, MSHA, and IFC. Strategic focuses include Energy Star Partnerships, Zero Waste Initiatives, Circular Economy, and ESG.
