As Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic business plan, including raising private equity and managing finances to prepare the company for the next stage of scaled growth. TruValue Labs (TVL) is the first company to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to uncover timely Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data on a variety of asset classes. As an AI company, TVL can uniquely (meaning real-time) identify financial risk from intangible data. TVL captures non-financial data (such as ESG) that can impact stock value.The company’s mission is to deliver increased transparency to investment professionals by providing data and analytics that go beyond traditional fundamentals. The flagship product, Insight360™, delivers timely and investable insights by revealing intangible value and risk factors from unstructured data.

Following acquisition of Krux by Salesforce in November 2016, served as CFO of Krux, a Salesforce Company, managing the operations of the Krux business unit and leading the Salesforce-Krux finance integration team.

As CFO, responsible for the financial and administrative management of Krux.Krux is a Data Management Platform (DMP) that offers cloud-based solutions for capturing, protecting, connecting, and monetizing data signatures across multiples devices, sources, and formats for consumers, advertisers, and Web publishers. Krux each month, and in real-time, interacted with over 3 billion browsers and devices. We raised more than $70 million in venture capital (VCs included Accel Partners, Sapphire Ventures, IDG Ventures) and with more than 200 customers and worldwide operations across 5 continents. Acquired by Salesforce Inc in November 2016 for $800 million.

Centaur Partners’ experienced team has worked for more than 250 public and private clients in the software, Internet services, computer, communications, and semiconductor industries.In addition to being an Investment Banker responsible for the Digital Media sector, I developed and led the M&A Deal Readiness practice within Centaur Partners. M&A Deal Readiness is provided to Selling companies to prepare them for the M&A due diligence process. M&A Deal Readiness is a methodology to assess the major risk factors that can cause problems and friction in a potential M&A Transaction before these risk areas are exposed by the Buyer. Once the exposures have been identified we work to remediate and eliminate those risk factors that can impact the Deal Value or slow the deal down. Deal Readiness solution enables Seller to “level the playing field” vis-à-vis the Buyer’s Acquisition SWAT teams• Reduces diligence risks that may be used to drive down Deal Value• Increases credibility of Seller and its management in eyes of Buyer• Increases the speed of the diligence process• Saves time and money and ultimately value to Selling company’s shareholders
