As a Systems Software Engineer, Sr. I programmed in ILE RPG on two projects: Global's Multi-Lender project and the Non-Standard Interest project. I enhanced and Modified existing code as well as creating new programs, procedures, and service programs. All code was written in ILE RPG, some including embedded SQL. During the projects, we created supporting documentation including Requirements, Statement of Work, Statement of Architecture, Analysis Documents, Design Documents, and Test Scripts.

I handled level-1 and level-2 help desk tickets sent to the BPCS Support group; wrote documentation to guide users in converting their AS/400 Queries from the old BPCS 4.01 environment to the new 4.05 CD; maintained and enhanced BPCS manufacturing programs using RPG/400, ILE RPG, embedded SQL, as well as some new development; and provided myself as an AS/400 technical resource for the IT staff members.
