• Led team of 8 staff and 25 on-site contractors in the consolidation of multiple regional AV services and conference facilities into a global service, with 775 conference, 250 video conference and 12 Telepresence rooms, helpdesk, scheduling and support across sites in over 50 countries• Managed an operating budget of over $7M• Developed and implemented new business model, SLA and standardized operations, with significant improvements in customer satisfaction, meeting success rates and cost reductions across the NJ/PA region• Managed planning, staging and support of major Company meetings, symposia and events• Launched and led Merck’s global Telepresence service, including oversight of design and deployment of TP rooms in all regions, plus branding, promoting and training. In 2009, realized $5M+ in travel avoidance

• Headed media and technology teams within Merck's Research Division, including production of technical graphics, web design, webcasting, audio-visual and video conferencing services for scientists, research execs, HR and Public Affairs, as well as coordination of FDA Advisory Committee Meeting graphics presentations for numerous drug launches

Led graphics production team and produced medical illustrations and video animations for teaching and publication at award-winning department.
