Summary: Develop and test new biological entities to support the Talecris pipeline. Mentor, supervise and manage other laboratory scientists and scientific experiments to develop high-expressing cell lines and production of novel recombinant proteins. Implement molecular/cellular methods for analysis, high-throughput screening, and scale-up expression processes for novel biological entities.
