Our key objectives are to promote sustainable resource use, encourage a low carbon lifestyle and connect people with nature.The Make It Wood campaign aims to increase the use of responsibly sourced wood as a building material. When sourced responsibly, wood can play a big part in helping tackle climate change; it is renewable, stores carbon and has low embodied energy. Studies also show that the use of wood and ‘biophilic design’ contribute to improved health and wellbeing for all.
