Here, I serve as senior quality assurance analyst for functional testing and subject matter expert for multiple exchange trading web applications. I design and test new functionality scenarios while mentoring and teaching the technical automation team how to analyze new business requirements from product management. In these roles, I provided frontline support for the 24-hour commodities trade desk and analyzed ICE futures energy market conditions by gathering key data and analyzing trends. In this position, I worked independently on projects in preparation for internal and external bank examiners, including analysis of fair lending protocol and credit write-ups for troubled loans.
