Working in Cross-Domain Delivery Architecture and Industry Services (AIS) at Microsoft I seek to provide end-to-end orchestration, oversight, and architectural accountability across the solution lifecycle, to maximise my customer outcomes and mitigate project risks. I achieve this though offering leadership in multi-domain, cross solution area(s), cross-industry (and industry-specific), high risk/high value/high complexity, opportunities and engagements.Question: What is high complexity I hear you ask? My short answer would be: Projects such as this: https://www.microsoft.com/inculture/sports/real-madrid/ My long answer would be - Where we bring the best of Microsoft together with the single objective of supporting (digital) transformation (which if you look at Microsoft's definition is, "reimagining how you bring together people, data and processes to create value for your customers and maintain a competitive advantage in a digital-first world") for our customers, my role therefore is to provide the end-to-end orchestration, oversight, and architectural accountability across the solution lifecycle in support of our customers as they (digitally) transform. I seek to achieve this though being the centre of gravity that binds, grounds and supports the entire team as we work to overcome challenges, change ways of working & establish new capabilities and services in support of the key objective, our customers success, and of course beyond that, "to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more"
