Representative project work includes the following:• Devised the business model of an oil & gas company. Evaluated current portfolio by identifying new services to be offered and classifying $2B in non-core assets for divestiture. Prioritized three waves of services adoption over five-year period.• Designed route-to-market strategy for leading global beverage company in Peru. Developed robust model to quantify and compare different channel strategies and scenarios. Recommendations ensured client survival and $7M in savings.• Developed regional growth strategy (LatAm) for global beverage company, including both organic and M&A opportunities. Supported the due diligence and merger integration efforts for first two acquisitions worth over $100M.

• Designed and implemented a production planning analytical tool reducing inventory costs by 6% and increasing customer service by 2% in: El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru and Argentina. Traveled intensively to each country, interviewing employees and leading first ever production planning integrated brainstorming sessions. Finalist (2010) –Wagner Award (Excellence in Applied Operations Research) for implementation and design of cited analytical tool.• Participated in design and implementation of an analytical tool (first used in KCC-Latin-American) that supported the definition of warehouse location and network strategy improving on-time customer service by 3% and trained 4 other analysts in its use.
