Directed, developed, and coordinated all AF Special Operations Command requirements for modernization / acquisition of major weapon / defensive systems, training simulators, communications, aircraft avionics, special weapons, and special access compartmented programs supporting special operations worldwide. Managed special access programs and requirements for the AFSOC Special Technical Operations (STO).• As the Director of Operations, Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), developed, and directed all Special Operations activities throughout Europe. This included successful operations in Bosnia, evacuation of US personnel in over 14 African countries, and selected operations in Russia. Developed many of the contingency operations plans still in place today.• Led design, procurement, and management of SOF Aircrew Training System – Founder and Commandant of Air Force Special Operations Aircrew Training School at Hurlburt AFB, FL. Today, re-designated as the 19th SOS, the organization supports over 1,100 classes annually
