Developed the product category vision that applies to Hilti's US and CA markets and define the goals and initiatives that will help achieve Hilti North America's vision for the Human Augmentation/Exoskeleton and Dust Control Systems product groups. Served as an advocate for the user and the product by leveraging a mix of strategic and tactical work with global and domestic teams in engineering, marketing, sales, finance and support.

Responsible for product development, launch, pricing, initiatives, and growth of Hilti's diamond product leadership strategy (PLS) in the US & CA markets.

Emphasize sales and marketing for neuroscience division products: Zyprexa, Symbyax, Strattera, Cymbalta, Cialis, and Axiron

• Modeled company’s 22 beef export markets to calculate each country’s profitability using gross margin, direct expenses, variable costs and regulatory constraints. • Assembled information from sales, marketing, accounting, warehouse, and production executives.

• Assessed compliance with university policy and U.S. law as well as the effectiveness of the controls associated with such functions. Including copyright laws, Country of Origin Labeling Act, federal disclosure reviews, a Drug-Free Workplace Act audit program, and the Program Participation Agreement which directly involves BYU’s President.

• Completed projects emphasizing a regional focus on the Russian Federation and Eastern Europe, with a sector focus on the energy, manufacturing and consumer/retail industries.

• Conducted extensive research regarding international trade, tax/fiscal policy, and health care.• Authored an article in the company’s Nov-Dec magazine. The article emphasized the findings and analysis that I compiled concerning the reliance of international business on appropriate public policy.

• Volunteered weekly to tutor 20-30 inner-city youth and adults. Fostered opportunities to help raise the student's grades and strive to reach their academic and social potential (including college preparation).• Worked specifically with children, teenagers and adults from varying countries to amplify their understanding of arithmetic, language, reading, and interpersonal skills.

• Provided aid to doctors as they needed to relay important information to patients in the emergency room and clinical office. Aided in providing a good experience to the patient in order to amplify the reputation of the hospital/clinic.• Attained an extensive medical and business Spanish vocabulary, adding to my Spanish fluency.

• Dedicated two years in Peru assisting the local people to improve their lives. Developed fluency in Spanish while adhering to a dedicated schedule of 80 hours of work per week. • Served in leadership positions responsible for several dozen other volunteers as well as working directly with the Lima South Mission President. Responsible for the visas, travel plans, distribution of finances, and safety for other volunteers, thereby intimately dealing with United States and Peruvian regulations and processes. • Organized and led community service projects in various cities in Southern Peru that required coordination with church and community leaders to maximize success of the projects and the efforts of the individuals involved.
