I served as a solution architect at Mercury Interactive during its acquisition by HP. In this role, I delivered expert software demonstrations to potential clients, helping them understand the ROI of automated testing. I was responsible for showcasing Functional Testing (QTP/UFT), Load Testing (LR/PC), and Test Management (QC/ALM) software. My pre-sales activities also included executing and supporting 'Proof of Concept' projects, creating new demo scripts, and contributing to business development efforts.

I served as the test automation lead at Hyperion Solutions, where I developed a framework and a set of automated smoke tests executed with each software and deployment platform build using QTP and QC. The scripts were also designed to test localized versions of the application.

My specialty was in turn-key load testing projects utilizing LoadRunner or Performance Center, where I honed my skills in developing precise load profile simulations to identify performance bottlenecks.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area

I was introduced to LoadRunner while at AT&T, where I provided load testing services to various application teams using early versions of the tool. I learned to create scripts using C language templates, as there was no VUGEN available for recording user actions at that time. I generated reports for the application teams, highlighting the user actions that caused system bottlenecks. This enabled developers to focus their efforts on these areas, ultimately enhancing the end-user experience.
