Patrons of the arts that are interested in obtaining tickets for that night's performance or future performances can purchase tickets at the Box Office window. When there are ticket issues such as exchanges, re-issue due to loss, misplaced tickets or the digital copy of the ticket on their smart device can't be read by the usher's scanner, a physical ticket is re-printed for them to present to the ushers.
