In my role of founder and CEO I support our teams of experts and partners to develop and deliver the Comm'ant Business Management Solution (BMS). I participate in the organizational development research team, maintain contacts with end-user organizations, consulting partners and the scientific world.Comm'ant solution is based on a range of methods (EFQM/INK, SqEME, BMC, PMC), the integrated result-driven process model (IRPM) and the softwaretools (Comm'ant Process & Comm'ant Forms) to build the most effective integrated BPM - Business Process Management systems, including controls for GRC, QHSSE, SDG, PDCA, CI, BCM.Implemented customer systems support various frameworks, the ISO harmonized structure, are integrated and certified for numerous ISO and industry standards. (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.). We strive to deliver value for all stakeholders.

My role was founder, entrepreneur and business developer. The team of 121 Communication developed web-based solutions for business applications.

For ABN AMRO Bank my last position was in initiating the GTS project, where the ABN AMRO Bank has started to integrate the global transaction services into a global customer offering, including the whole technology change required to enable the bank to move into this position. My role was in the strategy team to design the new bank's strategy. My second role was linking pin with the technology team to translate the requirments into appropriate technology to make it happen.
