In a short-term assignment, directed and coordinated the evaluation of two newly drilled wells after several months of production. This evaluation was used by the Company and partners to guide future development decisions.

Led and participated in company activities including P/L management, contract negotiation, prospect development and sales, technical collaboration, and land activities. The Company had not been able to sell prospects and was considering closing business. After seeing the value in the prospects inventory in an initial review, I turned-around the prospect development and sales effort by leading a re-evaluation of technical analyses and redesigning prospect presentations; I led negotiating and closings.Worked effectively with partners and contractors to achieve project goals. Assisted the partner group in constructively working through conflicts to keep the project on track.Five prospect areas sold in two years; initiated sustainable revenue from production of wells drilled and generated prospect fees.
